Donja's got motherhood figured out and since there is only 3 puppies they are already gaining weight.
12/08/2009:
The puppies are getting bigger everyday, now after eating they will all sleep and give Mom a break so she can rest a wee bit.
By the way Papa Ozzy is also doing well, he had a great day patroling the yard as I picked up leaves before the rain comes
tonight.
12/11/2009:
The # three puppy was always the longest of the pups and now he is also the heaviest. In six days the puppies have almost
all doubled their weight. Donja is doing great and when she is not caring for her puppies she enjoys going outside and
hanging with Ozzy.
12/14/2009:
We are waiting patiently for the puppies eyes to open. The puppies are growing fast and furious. Donja and the pups had
their first visitors today.
12/20/2009
The puppies eyes have all opened and they are close to walking, they can sit up a bit and are aware of one another.
After 2 weeks the puppies are well over 3x their bith weights.

The puppies are all at least 5x their birth weight.The puppies are all up and walking, They have tried their first food , or at
least walked around in it. Their personalities are starting to develop, and boy do they smell good.

The puppies are really starting to eat although they still want to get a drink from mom. Donja gives in less and less, I suspect
it's those sharp little teeth. The pups are also getting more adventurous wondering outside their pen. Ozzy is interested in
the pups but Donja is still not ready for him to interact with the kids.

The puppies are getting big , running around outside, howling, eating solid kibble and still sneaking a drink from mom. Their
personalities are really developing and boy do they love visitors.

The puppies got their first vacinations today

One of the boys ears are now up 50% of the time. They are getting bigger and growing into their personalities.
Below are the last weights I have ( they got to big for the scale).
As the puppies get bigger ,they are certainly more demanding.
Week six we had my parents visit, week seven was the volhards testing,my sisters visit and the visit of the Dachshund
puppies and week 8 brought the snow storm that still has us stuck at home.
The puppies have had a couple of car rides although they had some motion sickness much like their mother and dad at that
age.
Arlo has his ears up, the little girl has one ear up and Axl occasionally has an ear up.
The little girl will be going to her new home on a sheep farm in MI this weekend. Arlo has a perspective home and Axl is still
looking for his forever home. While I am delivering the little girl the boys will be visiting friends and their Kerry Blue, Cassie.

The little girl "A" went to to her forever home on Thursday, flyng Back to Michigan with Brenda.

She will have a wonderful life with her new family and hopefully in a few years a litters of furry little ones.
The boys ( and I) miss her but they had a busy weekend with Pug (Yoda) and Kerry Blue (Cassie) visits. With only 2 pups at
home the entropy has decreased dramatically.
Donja's got motherhood figured out and since there is only 3 puppies they are already gaining weight.
